Owner Representation

From strategy through disposition.

Where Trenery Partners can help

Engage at any stage.

Trenery Partners can enter while an opportunity is being evaluated, as the project team is being organized, after development is underway, or when a project needs a reset—and remain involved through closeout, asset stewardship, and disposition. The role is tailored to the owner’s priorities and the leadership the situation requires.

The work connects the business plan, budget, risk, team, project records, and delivery decisions so ownership maintains a clear, reliable view throughout.

What we take on.

Completion & Asset Stewardship

Closeout planning, punch-list oversight, final approvals, document and record turnover, warranty coordination, and carrying the owner’s objectives through completion.

Lease-Up & Stabilization

Leasing and marketing coordination, property-management onboarding, opening and operating readiness, tenant and occupancy milestones, budget-to-actual reporting, issue resolution, and owner-side oversight through stabilization.

Asset Management

Post-completion asset strategy, asset records, operating budgets, property-manager and vendor oversight, performance reporting, capital planning, and disposition support—including hold/sell analysis, broker selection, sale due diligence, and closing coordination.

Opportunities & Financing

Opportunity Evaluation

Evaluate project objectives, feasibility, and risk; develop and review pro formas and financial assumptions to help owners decide whether and how to proceed. We also bring relevant investment and personal-use opportunities to owners for consideration.

Financing Resources & Coordination

Connect owners with relevant financing resources, help organize project information for lender conversations, assess proposed terms, and coordinate next steps within the broader project plan.

Project Recovery

Restore direction.
Reestablish control.

Trenery Partners can step into projects that are active but drifting, stalled, or otherwise at risk. We establish the facts, assess where cost, schedule, team alignment, or decision-making has broken down, identify the most consequential issues, reset priorities and controls, and give ownership a practical path forward.

When needed, we remain directly involved to realign the team, lead the recovery plan, and carry the project through execution.

Built into every engagement

Clear records.
Continuous control.

Trenery Partners maintains the owner-side project record—organizing key documents, decisions, action items, meeting records, contracts, changes, approvals, and reporting—so information remains complete, current, and accessible throughout the ownership cycle.

Stay informed. Step out of the day-to-day.

Trenery Partners acts on the owner’s behalf across the full ownership cycle—directing the team, maintaining the project record, coordinating decisions, resolving issues, and carrying the owner’s priorities from evaluation through disposition.

Ownership remains informed at key decision points without having to manage the daily work. The project keeps moving, even when the owner is not in the room.
